Shipping
We ship our products nationally via FedEx/USPS/UPS Delivery service.
We don’t have any hidden charges with regards to shipping and handling of your product.
We will usually ship products within 1-2 business days of purchase, if product is out of stock you will be contacted via telephone or email with the expected shipping date.
Refunds will be issued in the event a product is out of stock unless you decide to purchase another product.
The final delivery times can vary from 2 to 10 working days depending upon your geographic location
Returns and Exchanges
If you receive a defective product you can Return or Exchange that product within 30 days of purchase.
A Restocking fee of 15% will apply if returned item is not defective or damaged.
Prior to returning product, you must contact Nova Systems for a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), that RMA# must be included with the returned item.
Returned products will not be accepted without complete RMA documentation .
In the event you want to exchange a product for a differing product we will offer a credit to you for a new purchase and/or exchange up to the original purchase amount.
Please note that shipping charges for products returned for credit are non-refundable. Repack the product in the original packaging for ALL returned products and ship to the address below:

Nova Systems Inc. can not be responsible for products that are lost while in transit.
Tampered or used Products
If we believe the product you have returned has been unnaturally damaged, tampered with, or used, we will send it back to you as soon as possible at your expense.
If the product has a material or manufacturing defect we will replace at no additional expense to you.
